Dear All

I am trying to trace the baptism of a William Fitch born circa 1780. On the
IGI there is a baptism for a William in 1782 at Halstead. The entry has
been submitted by a LDS member whose source of information is given as
Halstead parish records. Having been through the parish records for
Halstead (LDS film reference 1472337) I cannot find any such entry. Does
anyone know of any other churches/ chapels/ non-conformist chapels etc.
where the record could be for this period (1780).
