I am reminded of a quote from a former New Zealand Prime Minister
'(Sir) Piggy Muldoon' when he was asked to comment on what was at that time
a dearth of Kiwis flocking to Australia to live because of the economic
climate.

He growled with his mischievous and famously acerbic wit:

"All I can say is that it is simultaneously raising the IQ of both
countries"

quite good eh ! and better than underarm bowling..
