Dear Lori,

The Bayliss Index in the Essex Police Museum has on page 283 a
Metropolitan policeman Samuel Pratt in Forest Gate (not far from
Plaistow) in the 1891 census. Suggest you put this query on the police
list at <> and Paul Rason of the Met may help
you.
