Subject: LDS 1881 census interpretation

Greetings.
Help!
I have had one of those doubting-orginal-interpretation-of-data crashes.
From the LDS 1881 census data below, will someone kindly tell me if Eliza
is the unmarried sister of Charles or the unmarried sister of Eliza? If,
as the 1881 census is meant to do, list the " relationship of all persons
listed to the head of the household" then I have interesting problems with
unmarried Eliza Tuckirolt. Yes, I will have to look at the original census!
Many thanks,
Peter J Whybrow
