Have just unearthed this family name in my wife's ancestry line - Thomas was
born 1801 supposedly in Essex and produced 13 children married to Mahalah, 8
of them sons to carry the name - 2 sons produced another 6 sons. All round
Manningtree Essex. Any links with others out there.
