I took a look in East Anglia, London (East, West and Middlesex) but no
Butcher related James aged around then or in fact at all.

Could SKS please look up a James Tapper, approx. age late 50s, on the 1881
census. He is a Butcher, and would be living in Stratford, Essex or Bethnal
