There must be humour there some where, but it seems to me that Beeching - of the powders? - was in
the fore front of this economic irrationalism so beloved of today's 'elite', the MBA (More
Blooming A........)'s that seem to learn only remedy at those places of "higher education". Sheep
could do as well.
