Glad you got the info about the 2 Mile Ends. I was about to send an answer
myself, when I found your thank you message. However, I can tell you that
Walthamstow is about 6 miles from Stepney. Also it may be helpful (not in
your case, but perhaps for other "listers") to know that the Colchester Mile
End is sometimes written as "Myland".
