Try this website - if it is the one I'm thinking of, it will give you all the 2% of the 1851 census details for free. If each record really was worth $5, then this website is giving away free data worth millions of $ in total! Except that each entry is not worth $5 and the other website is just ripping people off. One of the other listers also emailed me today to say that he/she had been 'caught' ie paid for information that was available on the 1851 CD.
