Dear listeners,
I have been reading with interest the conversation
between Dick Mathews and Cornelia Warner, (particually
last Thursday) re Quakers/Mehtodists
Whilst I have no connection with Cornelia's family
(sorry) I have and interest in St Nicholas-Wesleyan
Methodist Chapel in Colchester.
My GG Grandmother Louisa ASKEW was baptisted there on
13 July 1834 along with all her brothers and sisters
(Charles, Mary Ann, Josiah,George, Edward, and William)

I notice there was a mention of the Family History
Libary Catlalogue for Colchester which mentions
Batptism's covering the period 1793-1837.
I have a couple of questions and I appologise if I
appear dim but I am quite new to this,
Question 1, where is this catalouge?
and 2, if I found it, does it actually list the
baptism records?
I am hoping it will say the ages when baptised so as I
can determine date of birth.
And finally if anyone has access to these records
would you be kind enough to have a quick peak for me??

Many thanks for your help

Best regards Nicola in Surrey
