I'm sure you are wrong with your optimistic assumption that the War Graves Web
site will be back up and running by 23:59 on 31st January 1999
It is most likely that the current message will then be replaced by

"SORRY ! THIS SITE IS NOT MILLENNIUM COMPLIANT"
