Hi List

For those that may have missed it, there is a downloadable Data base
at this site:

http://www.bogo.co.uk/steeljam/parishlocator.htm

Once downloaded, you can enter the parish that your ancestor came
from, then a mileage, and the database will give you all the Parish's
within that Radius, I have found it amazingly helpful in tracking down
ancestors when I myself have no idea if 2 Parish's are 1 mile or 20
miles apart. It was mentioned when the person posted this information
that not all UK parish's are on this database, But so far the searches
I have done for myself, and others who can not download this database
for some reason, have all proved positive.
