To Alice Raven and Norman Logan,

I have a couple of RAVEN names in my genealogy. James RAVEN married
Elizabeth LIVERMORE on 9 April 1821 in St. Mary's, Maldon, Essex. James
died about 1860. They had one child, Mercy RAVEN, born 1834 in Heybridge,
Essex. Mercy died 24 Jan 1856. I don't know if she was married or not. An
old family record book belonging to a niece of Elizabeth LIVERMORE, says
her husband was William RAVEN, not James; but the Parish Register shows the
name as James RAVEN.
