I am the grandaughter of Carl Ernest..sibling of Edith and son of John and Laura from ohio. Just starting to reseach the family tree. Your info is a huge help regarding parent s of John W Ernest. I did know John & Laura had 7 children; met Edith and Essie 1x. At Car'ls funeral. My dad, Clair Dean Ernest was very fond of both his aunts.
