It was a pleasure Billie - and for me - whilst I've been in Australia
since 1981 my formative years were spent in south Essex - so a long
way now in distance - but some things stay very familiar. Also having
family who seemed to do similarly and swap between the Essex and Kent
sides of the Thames helped a lot
Free BMD is a fabulous resource - and indexing at Ancestry has moved
the registrations even further forward than the great work of the volunteers.
You can see some of us are up a for a challenge- so maybe we can help again
