G'day Helen,
I've used the site successfully by using the 'search' page for all
directories & typing in surname space forename eg smith john . I've
tried other ways but haven't had any success with them.

Has anyone used it successfully? I've tried it a couple of times, & just
given up in exasperation.
(And no I haven't used the feedback section: that's on my "to do" list
for when I have a spare hour or three)--
