Dear Marlene,
I only have copies of photos supplied by my English cousin - one of
Clement Dear 1 and one of Clement 1's brother, Richard Edward Dear
(May1809-May 1880) and I have portraits of all of Clement 2's daughter
and grandchhildren and all of Maurice 2's children except Henrietta,
the youngest, born 1900.
I am hoping one of the Dear relatives may have kept the old family
bible which, I would suppose, Rev. William Dear would have registered
family births in. I am using the Parish Locator program to search the
parishes surrounding Dummer where Richard 1 was residing. Then I'll go
to the Land Titles records as you suggested. Old Maps may have
something on the properties in the district during his lifetime also.
Chewers,
Lorraine
