Gordon,
Sorry not to reply sooner - I have been away on holiday. I have had a quick
look in the Walsden St. Peters baptism records and found the following
between 1845 and 1855.

April 5 1846 Susannah dtr. of Ellen and William Southwell, labourer, Banks.
March 16 1849 Abraham John, son of Ellen and William Southwell, labourer of
Banks.
Feb 13 1850 Greenwood son of Ellen and William Southwell of Lightbanks,
labourer.

No Turner people. Quite a few Gibsons if you want them.

I also have details of the following:

1841 census - William Southwell aged 20 living at Deanroyd with my family of
Laws.(I have a story about him)
1861 census - Richard Turner (aged 44) and family

I have the baptisms (1845 to 1878) and burials (1848 to 1874) at St. Peters
if you want anything in particular looking up. I also have the BMD's of St.
Mary's Todmorden and the MI's. Just let me know if I can help. I don't have
the Rochdale St. Chad's records but I know there are people on the Lancsgen
list who do.

Best wishes
Linda in damp and windy Clitheroe
