Hi Listers,

I have joined the list as it seems the surname GOODCHILD is of Suffolk origins. My Grandmother was Isabella GOODCHILD married in the June quarter of 1899 to Henry Fielding. The Marriage took place in South Shields, which is where Henry was from, but I believe that Isabella's roots could have been in Suffolk. They had two children that I know of, my Grandma Louisa Jane Fielding born in South Shields on 5th May 1901 and Margaret, for whom, I'm afraid I have no further information. I realise my information is sketchy, but if anyone can make a link to my Isabella Goodchild and provide any information I would be grateful.
