Subject: Henry Wilson-phantom painter

Hi Everyone, I'm still trying to find info on Henry Wilson, painter, of
Bolton. Looks like the old 1841 assumed birth date is wrong.
I have his wife's death entry, Ellen Hampson Wilson died 1896 "widow of
Henry Wilson". So, Henry died before her and he is listed on the
1891 census. Found a death of a Henry Wilson Bolton 1895(sent for
certificate). Says age at death is 61 so he would have been
born in 1834 not 1841. The 1891 census lists this 1834 also only he's
Jno H. Wilson. He is always listed as a Painter. Would he be in a trade
listing? Father is Thomas Wilson, Labourer. Couldn't find him in 1841,
1851, 1861. In 1871 it looks like Henry Wilson is living with a
different Hampson family. I'd love to find his birth info, mother's
name etc. Any ideas? Val Chadwick
