Hi Sylvia,
How strange. I can't find Frances Ellen Bradley in 1881 or 1901. If she
had been in an institution she should still be on the census index.
However, Frances Ellen Bradley was born in the December Qtr. 1879 Bolton and
there is a death for Frances Ellen Bradley in the March Qtr. 1881 Bolton
aged 1 year.
