Hi, the Tasmanian archives also show that he names two children
Springford , Richard in 1841 and Springford in 1843 , which of course may
mean he is naming them after someone in Tasmania , and perhaps Thomas S is
also Springford .
There is a James East who arrives on the Aguilar in 1824 but the
next James to arrive is in 1839 .
There are two sightings of James East in the Census of Tasmania for
Launceston for 1842 and 1848 which might prove interesting as might the
wills of James East which are now downloadable .......
life is hard . soften it with a cat \\\=^..^=///
