Could this be Timothy Turner?

Burial in the parish of High Harrogate
Timothy Turner, Residence Harrogate, Buried 29th September 1859, Aged 68.
There's a death recorded on freebmd Sept. qtr. 1859, Knaresbro (takes in
Harrogate) Vol. 9a, Page 81
