Hi Joan, I have a Joseph Elston who was born about 1810 in Stepney. He
married Eliza Dixon daughter of William Dixon. They had 13 children all born
in St. George in the East London. Joseph's occupation was a musician. There
have been musicians and artists in the family ever since then. Here is a
list of their children You will notice there are a lot of names the same as
yours.

x.JAMES ELSTON, b. 1847.
xi.ALICE ELSTON, b. 1851.
xii.WILLIAM ELSTON, b. 24 Aug 1853, 8 Mary St., St. George in the East
London, Middlesex England; m. MARY ANN DAVIES, 24 Jul 1871, Parish Church of
St. James the Great, Middlesex, England; b. Abt. 1853.
