Perhaps we are related along the line: My ggrandmother, Martha Hay b. 1874 in Union Mills, IN and d in 1938 m. 1891 to Lawrence Freese. Martha was born to Lutisha Eller b. 1857 in N. Carolina and d. in LaPorte, IN married James Stark Hay in 1874 in Indiana. James b. 1850 in Pennsylvania and d. 1900. Lutisha Eller was born to John Eller b. N.Carolina and to Mary Elizabeth Schwenk b. N.Carolina and d. 1871 in Indiana. I cannot find anything else beyond John Eller or Mary Schwenk. My grandfather, Jesse Freese, was born to Lawrence and Martha. Jess recently died in 2002 just a month before his 93rd birthday. Jesse marred Mary E. Wiltfong also of Indiana. She is still alive and living in LaPorte, IN. They had a daughter, Darlene Freese-my mother who married Walt Wawok also born in Indiana. If you can help me in any way I'd appreciate it. brenda
