I need help. Please. On the 1840 Census there is an Ann Hall in Rabun County, Ga. listed as the head of household. She has 1 son and 2 daughters. On the 1850 census Posey Eller is listed with his family and an Ann Hall is living with them , she is now 60 years of age. Posey Ellers wife is named Jane Hall. I believe that the boy in her household on the 1840 census is my grgrgrandfather James Hall who is listed on the 1850 census as the head of his own household and one of the two girls listed with Ann Hall on the 1840 census is Posey Ellers wife, Jane Hall. I would appreciaate any help, suggestions, etc and have quite a lot of info on the Hall line if anyone needs it.
