It would be great if you could get this scanned for everyone. I would
be willing to put it on my webpage of documents, and it could also
be put on the EFA page. (my small page is at
http://freepages.sf.rootsweb.com/~bhines/sources.html , i have a
couple eller things for my own line)

If you do not have a scanner yourself, they can do it for you at Kinko's.

(A scan of the original instead of a scan of the photocopy sent to
Alfred would probably come out better)
