Wonder if these additional names will mean anything to the researchers:
Christian ELLER m. Catherine LEMLY, 18 Apr 1810, Rowan Co., NC;
bondsman: John LINEBERGER; wit: Jno. GILES, CC.

Following my post asking for assistance on Christian ELLER and his
marriage to Catherine LEMLY, I have, this afternoon, taken a look at the
book "John Jacob ELLER & His Descendants...." that was recommended. It
is wonderfully done book, but I must admit, I didn't come home with any
conclusive answer.

Based upon the marriage date, it is assumed that I'm looking for a
Christian ELLER b. ca 1790. Will just have to go from there and see
what turns up. Thanks to those who responded.
