According to the book "Thirty Thousand Names of Immigrants in
Pennsylvania 1727-1776" by Israel Daniel Rupp published originally in
Leipzig, Germany in 1931 and reprinted by the Genealogical Publishing
Co., Baltimore, Maryland 1965; the following is found on page 175:
" 110) Oct. 25, 1746. Foreigners imported in the Neptune, Thomas
Wilkinson, Master, from Rotterdam, last from England." Third on the
list is "Henry Eller".

According to the last will and testament of George Michael Eller, listed
as Michael Eller on the manifest for the ship Phoenix arriving Sept. 30
1743, Henry Eller was his brother. Henry served as co-executor of
George Michael's will in Frederick County, Maryland.

I lived in Quarryville, Lancaster County, PA where I pastored New
Providence Baptist Church for 4 years. My son still lives not far from
Conestoga, PA in the Amish borough of Intercourse, PA. We have believed
from our research there that there was involvement by the German
immigrants in the early Brethren, Baptist, Bible and Mennonite churches
in Lancaster County. Your research seems to confirm this...and the
"hand me down" stories about our German Dunkards religious background.

Hope this helps.

Benjamin L. Eller, Jr. (Ben)(Rev.)
