Subject: [ELLER-L] Let's Help Rootsweb!
Date: Tue, 21 Apr 1998 11:51:34

This is a forwarded message I recieved and I think that this is something
everyone should be involved in. Without rootsweb, none of the genealogy
Rootsweb lists that exist (over 5,000!) wouldn't be here. They have done
so much for all of us, and I am sure some are you are very aware of what
they do. All the things like the genweb archives and everything are housed
at Rootsweb and without them, things like the censuses in the archives,
mortality schedules, etc., wouldn't be accessible to us over the computer.
I know this is kind of long, but if you are interested in helping rootsweb,
please read further...by the way, this is a great idea for a gift (mother's
day is coming up *hint*)
