If you are in possession of a valid birth certificate (that is not court sealed) that lists the military member as a parent to yourself/other...the Dept of Naval records @ Quantico, would be able to assist you in locating the military member as far as last known address and next of kin. You may also obtain assistance through the Veterans Administration as he may be recieving some benefits or services through their facilities.
