All I have so far is that Bedie WILLIAMS was my ggrm. She was born in TN and was 7 years old on the 1880 census, born in 1873. She is listed in 1920 AR census as a widow. I know that she is buried in the same section of the cemetery as my grf Wardell Edwards, his brother Wayne Edwin, and sister Sallie Edwards Porter, and that there was another son Burse (sp?), whom I don't know where he was buried, or when he died. W. G. EDWARDS is also buried in the same section of the same cemetery in Judsonia, White Co., AR, and was born somewhere in TN in 1870, son of J. M. EDWARDS, who was born somewhere in IL. I am assuming at this time, as there are no other EDWARDS buried in the same cemetery that I don't know or whose dates aren't closely matched, that W. G. was Bedia's husband, my ggrf. This is all I have to go on at this point. I am just starting out with my search, and until I started, didn't even know my grandfather's parents names, or anything about them, except that I h!
ad heard when I was young that my grf was of Irish descent. My father's name was William Raymond EDWARDS, and it's possible, since his sister was given a family name, Bedia, that William is a family name, also. I am grasping at straws, but have to start somewhere. If you think there is a connection anywhere, let me know. Thank you for the response. Good luck to you. Tina
