Subject: Littleton Nowlen

I'm trying to find out any information about a Littleton Nowlen. He
enlisted in the Confederate army on Jan. 8, 1862 and was in Co. F, 14th
Texas Calvary, Johnson's regement Mounted Volunteers from Montague County.
He was discharged for medical resions Nov 4, 1862 in Tennessee and given
travel pay back to Texas. As far as I can tell he never made it back. He
was listed as 30 years old when he joined the army and his birthplace was
Tennessee. Does anyone have this man in your family or know anything about
him?
