Good Afternoon,
I am trying to find information on the Charles Andrew Lewis who worked on a dredge that was deepning the harbor.
He was still aboard the dredge when a hurricane storm surge sunk it. His body was never recovered. Mr. Lewis was married to Molly Taylor.
If someone has access to those fatality lists please check to see if Mr. Lewis is mentioned. There is a question
as to when he was killed - 1900 or 1907?? He and his wife
were listed in the Tampa Federal census, 1900.
