John Dukes of same. $100.00. 50 acres in Franklin County on Hunt's
Crk., waters of Eastanolle Crk. Being part of 178 acres adj. Nathaniel
Hunt including whereon said Dukes now lives, originally sold by
Nathaniel Hunt to Mr. Arthur Taylor. Wit: John Cane, Ben Barton.
Acknowledged before Henry Holcomb, J.P. 15 November 1806. Sworn to by
John Cane before Wm. W. Walton 6 April 1807. Recorded 5 February 1808."

being part of land granted to said James Hunt 26 February 1802. James
