"WHEREAS, it has been represented to this Board by Mary Sizemore, that
she has since the departure of her husband, who has joined the British
Troops, been plundered of persons of the property she had in possession;
and prays that proper persons may be appointed to take charge of the
same, in order that justice may be administered to his creditors.
RESOLVED, That Alexander Ottrey [Autry] and Henry Dukes be appointed
Commissioners to take charge of the property of William Sizemore, and
require all persons having in their possession any part of the same to
deliver it into their hands."
