$200.00. Land Lot 67 in 9th district of Henry County. Wit: W.M. Reed,
E. Duke, J.P."

"Inventory and Appraisement of estate of Aristotle G. Duke, dec'd. No
cash on hand. One part lot of land in Butts County, Lot 202. Five
Negroes, goods and chattel. Notes on Toply [Tarpley?] Duke, Aug. 19,
1833. Spencer and May due December 25, 1836. Thomas Burford and Dory
Taylor due December 25, 1836. Dory Taylor due December 25, 1836. Value
of Estate - $5,324-32-1/2 cents. September 6, 1836."

[My note - The above Toply [Tarpley?] Duke also had legal interaction
with Henry T. Duke aka Henry Duke, Jr. of Walton and Jackson County,
GA.]

"December 2, 1840. Charles A. Kilgore, Admr. of A. G. Duke, dec'd.
Received $880.65 on due bill and $1508.00 on note, it being a
distribution share in full for within named minors (to wit) Ann Duke,
Polly Duke, Coatsworth Duke, William Duke, Elizabeth Duke, Aristotle
Duke making $2388,65 rec'd as guardian for said minors. Eli Conger,
guardian. Rec. January 4, 1841.

Rec'd. of Charles A. Kilgore, Admr. of my father Aristotle Duke, dec'd,
the sum of $397.52 in full my distributive share of the estate of said
dec'd, this 2nd December, 1840. Charles P. Duke. Rec. 4 January, 1841.

Others received their distributive share as follows: John Duke $397.52,
Sarah Duke $356.80, William E. Jones $397.53."
