My great great grandfather on my maternal side Christopher TODD, married Mary DRUMMOND b1819 Lamesley, Gateshead. Her parents were Thomas DRUMMOND and Jane (PATTERSON).
Mary was the youngest of ten, the other brothers and sisters being William, Jane, Ann, Elizabeth, George, Alice, John, Robert and Thomas.
It was your 'Issac' DRUMMOND that rang bells, but when I checked my records, I realised that I had recorded an Issac on a memorial inscription that pre-dates your Issac. Unfortunately, I haven't found a link to that particular DRUMMOND line as yet.
I have memorial inscriptions with DRUMMOND surnames from Lamesley, Penshaw and Tow Law. The Tow Law memorial inscription is for Mary DRUMMOND's brother Robert and his wife Hannah.
Do you have any connections with DRUMMOND's from Lamesley?
