My father was Archie Eugene Dover born Oct 02, 1893 to James Preston Dover & Julia A Green of Gifford, Ar. Preston's father was Zachariah Dover born in South Carolina had two other children John born abt 1866 & Ida born abt 1869. I'm not sure this is the same person you are looking for. I can't find any information on Zachariah prior to 1880 in Arkansas and nothing after. In my research I have not seen the name Tinie. I hope this info is helpful.
