Hi Marjorie,

Back when I was doing a lot of AR research, the thought of Dover, AR having
been named for a Dover was a thought. I did check out that theory and was
told that it was not named for a person, but after "the hills of Dover" or
something like that. I was hoping a person, because my Dover were located
very near the area.
