The only "Belvedere Plantation" I could locate on the web is located in Fredericksburg, VA. I'm finding that quite a few of the early Sheriffs of Loudoun came from that area of Virginia. It would not be unreasonable that he would have been from that area of Virginia.
The Belvedere Plantation only has a brief history but I have emailed them in hopes of receiving a more detailed history.
