Greetings on Christmas Day...while preparing baked beans for the festivities tomorrow with family and frying up the bacon, I popped a piece of raw bacon into my mouth and proceeded to chew and chew and chew...does anyone remember: my mom from Nagyzsentmiklos, Hungary and her siblings used to cut up little pieces of raw bacon, put them on little squares of white bread, add salt and call them Bunnies...we loved them but I don't remember having to chew and chew and chew...maybe the bacon was fresh...
