Charles.
Thanks Mike for helping out.
Charles, a Ference Szehner age 5, and a Roza, Szehner, age 3, came from Buziasch, to New York on Dec.. 14, 1906, escorted by Anna Borts (z) destination, Cudahy, Wisc. Are they any relatives to your line?
The information you found on Ancestry.com. - do you consider that as a "Legal Document?"
I don't know much about Ancestry.com. correct me if I'm wrong, isn't the information transcribed from other documents? A legal document for immigrants, I suppose would be, a Passport, birth certificate, a medical report signed by a qualified doctor. In this case, we have to take the information for granted, that it is correct.
Twice, the word "Austria" was mentioned in documents concerning your gf. Szehner's. Your gf Szehner, was born in 1863.
Please open the link below, it shows the Austria-Hungary, territory in orange. The territory in purple (Walachei-Modau),
was Romania at the time. Siebenbürgen is (Transylvania),You notice the word "Banat". on the bottom in small print.

As you noticed, according to the maps, Buziasch, was still in Austria-Hungary territory. I believe there could
've been a misunderstanding with the word Wosar, and Vucsor account different dialect.
I would concentrate with my Szehner research in Buziasch.
Unless you have prove which indicates the word "Austria" on Passports, Visas or birth certificates,- I would feel confident and rely on the Ellis Island Manifests as a prove.
Alex.
