Charles.
Since we discovered there is no place by the name of Wosar, between Buzias
and Austria, I did some searching and this, I believe what occurred.
In the Declaration of Intention Document, it says, "I was born in Wosar,
Austria."
There is a place named Vucsor, with a misunderstanding in the pronunciation,
the clerk wrote down "Wosar" which is about 10Km SW, from Buzias. Vucsor,
at the time was under Aust.-Hung. It is not a German community. Charles
parents could've been living in Vucsor, at the time and moved to Buzias,
later.

Alex.
