Sorry, I did not find the name Eich on the map. As I mentioned, only a few
of the corner property owners are marked. However, the two volumes are
filled with family pictures. I will look through them and let you know if I
find any Eichs.
According to the Elis Island Manifest, Eva Willwohl and her daughter
Katharina Eich were going to join Katharina's husband Anton Eich.
Have you tried entering just the surname Eich into the search box? You will
find several Eichs coming from Palanka. Note some of the misspellings -
Palenka, Balanka, Palauk..., Palauka.
