I'm just beginning to do research on my wife's side of the family / recently discovered she had a 2nd great-grandfather named Jurgen Heinrich Dohrman b 06-14-1854, I believe in the area of Hanover ( still searching through a lot of papers ) d 12-06-1927 in Concordia, Missouri and buried at the St Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Concordia, Mo., apparently there was a large population of German's in Concordia during the 30's and 40's, my wife's mother tells us they had 2 services each Sunday at St Paul Lutheran Church in Concordia, 1 in German and 1 in English.
If I come across further info I will send it to you.
