Ballymulligan (Baile Ui Mhaoileagáin "O'Mulligan's town"), civil parish of
Artee, Barony of Loughinsholin, co Derry.

The is reference to Downemellegan (Dun Ui Mhaolagain) in I believe is in the
barony of Strabane Lower, co Tyrone

Southeast Ulster:

“1427, Dec. 22. Drummeskin (Dromiskin, Co. Lth.) Manor (100). — Dispn. of
Thos. Omulchan from defect of birth, he being son of priest and unmarried
woman. This action is taken on receipt of a lr. for enquiry into his
character, and dispn., if found worthy, from Jordan (de Ursinis, Cardinal)
Bp. of Alba [Italy], dated, the Holy Apostles, Rome, 14 Jan. 1427 . Dispn.
is on condition that if Omulchan obtains a benef. he will have himself
lawfully promoted to orders and reside therein. Subscribed and published by
Walter Kylte, born in Mh [Meath]. dio., the Abp's not., and witnessed by
Nicholas Alllexaunder, rect of Clonmore, Peter Chambre, cpln., Thomas
