PhpBB websites can be found ALL OVER the Internet, covering many, many,
many different interests and topics.
There are considerable upsides to it, but there also are some downsides,
too, including maintenance, moderation and operating cost.
The downsides are relatively minor, but it would take a dedicated team to
operate such a website.
But the upsides go beyond the Moon, fantastic!
