I have been conscious that it was traditional of our ancestor to tell tales of their ancestors, this is something we can to do. Especially now through DNA we know who the heroes are and who are the villains, i.e. we are ancestors are the heroes and the villains are Eoghanacht and Ulaid. What I can do is offer a list of some the tales from medieval "Cycles of the Kings" series, that feature our ancestors:
