Question for the mathematicians:
The basis of the new chart is computation of a time indicator called RCC; see

Is the essence of RCC a TMRCA computation where the mutation rate of
the set of markers involved is empirically discovered by forcing the
data to fit some known pedigrees? Is there then a 1:1 correspondence
between RCC and genetic distance?
